Tsagrinos has been active in the textiles industry since 1970, offering a wide variety of women’s fabrics, curtains, upholstery fabrics, and home linens. Based in Kypseli and with over 50 years of experience, the company imports textiles from around the world, serving the needs of both private customers and professional spaces such as theaters, dance schools, hotels, and corporate events. Tsagrinos aims to provide high-quality products at the best market prices, combining tradition with innovation.

About the project
From the outset of our collaboration, DigitalUp undertook the design and implementation of a new, modern e-commerce store based on the Magento 2 platform, featuring an integrated customer loyalty system to enhance client retention.

The marketing strategy for Tsagrinos was developed based on an analysis of the target audience and the brand’s needs. Our goals were to increase website traffic, boost sales, and strengthen brand awareness. The plan included social media content creation, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, strategic SEO, and Εmail Μarketing with targeted newsletters. Additionally, a monthly Βlog reinforced the brand’s organic presence and supported its overall image, building trustful relationships with the audience.

The strategy includes continuous optimization of digital channels, strengthening customer relationships, and leveraging innovative marketing tools to achieve ongoing growth in traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
