Our collaboration with Green Pallet began in October 2024 and focused on two main pillars: the design and development of the company’s new website, and the implementation of a targeted digital marketing strategy, with email marketing as the central communication channel.

Design & Development
The website redesign laid the foundation for Green Pallet’s renewed digital identity. The new site was created with the goal of providing users with clear and easy access to the company’s full range of transport and packaging solutions, while simultaneously highlighting the quality and reliability of its products. The design emphasized user-friendliness, seamless functionality, and a clean professional aesthetic.
An important addition was the implementation of a dedicated “request a quote” feature, which allows prospective clients to easily get in touch with the sales department. This functionality significantly enhances the overall customer experience and transforms the website into a powerful, service-oriented tool.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Presence
Alongside the website development, we crafted and executed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The primary objective was to strengthen the brand’s connection with its audience, boost awareness, and activate new channels of communication. This approach relied heavily on leveraging dynamic tools such as email marketing, aiming to foster meaningful engagement with both existing and potential clients.

Channels
Email marketing played a key role in the communication strategy. Through a series of weekly and monthly newsletters, we promoted Green Pallet’s products and services, shared exclusive offers, and delivered curated company updates. The content was always targeted and tailored to each audience segment, resulting in strong levels of engagement. Between January and April 2025, the campaigns consistently showed positive performance across key indicators such as open rates and click-through rates, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening customer relationships.
Goals & Vision
Our main objective was to build a modern and impactful digital presence that would reflect Green Pallet’s professionalism and product quality. At the same time, we aimed to improve audience communication, attract new customers, and reinforce loyalty among existing partners. The overall strategy was guided by values of sustainability, reliability, and a long-term commitment to growing the company’s digital footprint.
Results
The launch of the new website and the implementation of digital marketing actions delivered immediate and measurable results. Website traffic increased significantly, while brand awareness in the market was noticeably enhanced. The email marketing campaigns performed exceptionally well, strengthening audience engagement and boosting interaction with the brand.
Between January and April 2025, the campaigns achieved an open rate of 34.7%, with unique openers reaching 19.8%. The click-through rate (CTR) stood at 6.9%, exceeding industry benchmarks and demonstrating the effectiveness of the targeted communication strategy.
