About the project
In September 2020, the new eshop on Shopify CMS platform is Live. Following the preferences of the company and after deep research, the new eshop is designed and its promotion is undertaken through digital actions.
Primary goals are brand awareness, identifying the appropriate and most efficient audience at the lowest possible cost and also the development and promotion of the most competitive categories depending on demand. Appealing designs, catchy content & blogs, weekly newsletter, micro-influencing are just some of the actions that brought the first immediate results. A key achievement is the increase in user searches for the term “paradis” from the third month. The marketing department of both companies, ten months later, is in constant communication and collaborates daily in order to face the challenges of the industry and to invent new ways of promotion and communication.

One of the projects created by the DigitalUp team on the Shopify e-commerce platform on behalf of the emerging brand Paradis.
Design & Development
The multi-brand e-shop of Paradis provides the visitor with the possibility to easily choose the product he is looking for among dozens of children’s clothes and accessories through the easy-to-use mega menu and the categorization of the codes by age. These two elements were deemed important to use, after studying how consumers search in this category of clothing.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Presence
The competitive children’s clothing industry has brought challenges but also various, fresh ideas both in terms of attracting new moms in order to create new customers, as well as creating incentives for the existing clientele to make online purchases especially in times of pandemic.
Distinguishing our competitive advantages, such as the variety of unique brands, we identified gaps in the market, where we successfully covered with Google search campaigns. With various campaigns in order to increase reach and traffic, with video ads and dynamic product catalogs, we boosted brand recognition resulting an increase in searched (+125% December 2020).
By activating extra channels e.g. Skroutz, we enjoy new ways to increase sales from new and remarketing audiences.
