HiCare’s website is the online companion for the health and beauty care of the entire family. The online store, Hicare.Shop, is the digital evolution of the pharmacy “Fourakis Theodoros”, which was founded in 1989 in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. With over 30 years of experience in the health and beauty sector, it offers reliable products and services through expert partners, providing customers with the ability to shop easily and quickly online.
At Hicare.Shop, you will find a wide variety of cosmetics, aesthetic products, beauty, and personal care items. The website is designed for easy navigation and quick product search, with filtering options that help users select products based on their specific needs. Additionally, it offers continuous updates on promotions and the ability to collect loyalty points for even more affordable purchases.

Design & Development
Our approach focused on functionality, speed, and sales optimization, with the goal of supporting both the store’s daily operation and special promotional campaigns.
To enhance urgency and increase conversions, we implemented a custom timer on every product page, informing users of the time left for next-day shipping. A discreet but effective feature for improving the conversion rate.
We also developed fully customizable landing pages for specific campaigns such as Black Friday, Dreamy Offers, and many more.
These pages support flexible layouts with banners, filtering sections, and a strong focus on conversion-driven content.
The combination of UX optimization, marketing tools, and custom solutions provides the end user with a clear and seamless shopping experience, while giving the store manager a modern and powerful sales tool.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Presence
To enhance brand recognition and attract new customers, we implemented advertising strategies on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Our strategy focused on strengthening the relationship with HiCare’s existing loyal audience and attracting new customers through targeted campaigns. At the same time, we highlighted the key features of the brand on social media to strengthen the connection with the audience, offering regular updates and promotions to encourage user interaction with the brand. We also implemented an Email Marketing strategy, providing personalized offers and updates on products, boosting customer loyalty and the likelihood of repeat purchases.




Performance:
With the implementation of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing strategies, we observed a significant increase in traffic and sales for the e-shop. By using remarketing strategies, we were able to increase the average order value and attract new users while strengthening the loyalty of the existing audience.
In the first few months, our goals for enhancing brand recognition in Crete and promoting the Click & Collect service were achieved successfully. Just one month after launching the campaign, we saw a 24% increase in store pickups, while the website’s conversion rate increased to 11.73% within the first 15 days.

HiCare’s primary goals were to increase brand recognition in Crete and promote the Click & Collect service. Strategically, we aimed to raise the conversion rate and improve site traffic through targeted ads and specialized offers.
By implementing these strategies, the site saw steady increases in both sales and traffic, with initial results exceeding expectations, demonstrating the continued success of the campaign.
